At People Matters, equality is important to us and we have a policy that looks at equal opportunities. If you ever experience a problem when taking part in one of our activities, we would like you to tell us straight away. The easiest way to get in touch is to use our compliments and complaints process.

We are a member-led organisation. Our members sometimes experience discrimination and our role is to offer opportunities that enable them to be more independent and enjoy life in the same ways, and in the same places, as anybody else. If you want to find out more about how people with learning disabilities want to be treated, take a look at the Get Me? Charter which we support. The Charter gives some clear and simple points about how people with learning disabilities want to be treated, and we are proud to have signed up to it.
